Had 3 phone interviews. One with recruiter, Manager and Area Manager. All done over the phone which was a little surprising. Really long process that took around 3 months to go through. After the second interview they bring you in to a store for a day in the life type thing.

Process was great. Recruiter reached out and did initial screening. I had second interview with the area manager who really did a good job getting to know me and passed me on to the final stage interview with the regional manager. I didn’t get the job, but overall it was a great process with the processes, clarity and honesty you’d expect from a good company.

Interview
Phone screen with a Hilti-employed recruiter, interviewed with the regional manager, and a final interview with the director of the territory. My interview with the regional manager lasted almost an hour and a half, but I'm not sure if that is the norm.
