Le processus passe par trois étapes, une première étape où il s'agit purement d'un entretien RH de 45 minutes où la RH essaie d'en savoir un peu plus sur ton profil et ton souhait d'intégrer le groupe, un second où on fait face aux directeurs régionaux, ou il s'agit plus de parcourir ton CV avec pleins de lises en situations, l'idéal c'est de toujours répondre en méthode C.A.R ( contexte, action et resultat ) et un troisième entretien où on rencontre le division manager pareil des mises en situation et même quelques exercices pratiques, complexe mais très intéressant. Excellente expérience

Process was great. Recruiter reached out and did initial screening. I had second interview with the area manager who really did a good job getting to know me and passed me on to the final stage interview with the regional manager. I didn’t get the job, but overall it was a great process with the processes, clarity and honesty you’d expect from a good company.

Phone screen with a Hilti-employed recruiter, interviewed with the regional manager, and a final interview with the director of the territory. My interview with the regional manager lasted almost an hour and a half, but I'm not sure if that is the norm.
