You are also given a tool to take apart, try to put together again and then use. It's to see how familiar you are with handling tools.

The whole process took about 3 weeks. I had an initial phone interview with HR, after that I had to take two assessments, once I passed that, I got to move forward to the second interview. The second interview was in person and lasted about three hours. the first hour I interviewed with two managers, the second hour I got to sit with an employee doing the job
