Interview
The interview process at Hilti consisted of three rounds: an online aptitude test, a technical interview, and an HR round. The aptitude round included MCQs (CN, DBMS, Transformers, Code Output) and two coding questions. The technical round focused on problem-solving, DSA, DBMS, and core Java/React (based on your resume). The HR round assessed communication, cultural fit, values, and future aspirations. Overall, the process was structured, fair, and professionally conducted.
