I found the job in the newspaper online. I first checked out reviews on Glassdoor and was happy with reviews. I called the phone number and was directed to fill out an online application and then was scheduled an interview. I was hired on the first interview and then had a mandatory drug test within 24 hrs. Also, it took two weeks for my background check to be completed. Started to work about 2.5 weeks after the interview.

I was interviewed in Las Vegas and the process went very smooth. The gentleman who interviewed me was very helpful in explaining what the job was and what was expected from me. It is a performance based job so if you don't hit your quota you do get let go, but if that is your thing and you can thrive under the pressure then it would be a good job for any salesman out there.
I applied online. I interviewed at Hilton Grand Vacations in Jun 2016
Interview
After I applied, the process went very fast. I had a phone interview where they asked me a few questions pertaining to sales. After the phone interview I waited a few days and was asked to come in for a face to face interview. If you're confident and have great speaking/ communication skills, the face to face will be a breeze. I was offered to job on the spot contingent upon a background check.
