I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hilton Grand Vacations (Orlando, FL)
Interview
Super easy and fast. They will offer on the spot and administer an instant oral drug test right there. Almost anyone with a real estate license is offered to join this department. There are more cubicles than there are sales people who stay.

Question 1
Simple on-screen DISC assessment.
"Do you have enough cash on hand to withstand months at minimum wage draw?"
"Are you okay with rejection (after you write up a deal)?"
"Can you start at our next training class?"
I applied online. I interviewed at Hilton Grand Vacations (Las Vegas, NV)
Interview
This is an employment scam. They have a huge turn over. They do not have enough quality leads for all employees. The performance expectations are met by only 2 to 3% of those hired. This is basically because there are a limited number of qualified leads. They give you the Employer rating questions and the begging of your employment rather than the after you have gotten a chance to know Management. They pretend to train you for the position, but the training is a scam.
