HR interview > team lead interview > Group challenge > interview with manager and team lead In the group challenge I had to work together with other people trying for the same and different positions. had about 1hr for the challenge a lunch break and then 15min to present and justify our answer. It was really hard and difficult to articulate solutions in a group where everybody is going for the 'leader' role, by the end I believe they were looking for charismatic and convincing people to sell their product.
