Pros
Great people, you build some great connections there and despite a lot of senior titles it rarely feels like it when speaking to people in the business.
Cons
lack of direction and leadership from senior maangement team, very laddy and not diverse leadership team, the 'if you're in you're in' mentality at the top where they all protect each other and ensure they get benefits. No company culture of Initatives being pushed and no funding for community groups for ethnic minorities or other marginalised groups. You will not get a good bonus there don't event bother 2% every year only and sometimes they revoke your bonus entirely for no good reason.
