Mostly questions about job qualifications and the skills I would bring to the firm and why I would be a good fit with the firm. As this was a newly created position the focus was on my previous work and education background provide me with the skills to be successful. A lot of information was provided on why they were creating this new position. There were also questions that delved into my knowledge about the firm and its culture.
