The office services team and office administrator. They have such poor lack of communication. They are rude, disrespectful, and dismissive. They openly talk poorly about the legal staff and partners without care of who may be listening. They are fake nice and don't actually want to support those they were hired to support. Other basic cons: Long hours, large work load (but comes with the territory of this size of firm), difficult to have a healthy work-life balance, associates seem very stressed at all times, and lacks diversity.
