Meet-up with supervisor, which was mostly casual chatting. I introduced myself. The interviewer was very friendly and asked many questions about my previous working experiences and my studies. The process was very smooth and the atmosphere was amicable.

you are asked to fill in some brief questions about yourself and your work history on the app. You then record a video of yourself answering some questions. The video questions take about 1 minute to answer and are sent in advance.
2 interviews conducted in total - one with associates and one with partners. A mix of questions were asked, overall was not technical and mainly competence-based. Interviewers were friendly and the atmosphere was generally informal.
