Smooth interview and testing process. Made it through telephone interview, HR interview and testing, and HR Mgmt interview. I was told I was very qualified for the position, however I was not called back. No, thank you for interviewing but we have decided to go w/ another candidate. Nothing. Only draw back for me.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hogan Lovells (Palo Alto, CA) in May 2012
Interview
Although I was coming in as a temporary secretary, Hogan Lovells performed a thorough interview process. It was pleasant and I found the office administrator professional and friendly. Once I was asked to come on board on a temporary basis, the staff and company continued with their professionalism and assistance in allowing me to train and succeed at the tasks to be accomplished
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Hogan Lovells in Jun 2009
Interview
Interview set up through a recruiter. Met with an attorney, an HR recruiter and a telephone interview with an HR person. Went through background check and skills test. Got along OK with the attorney. Work environment has changed drastically for the worst after two years, after the merger with Lovells. No longer a good work environment or good benefits. Benefits decreased. Management wants no communication with support staff. Never asked for input -- just told to 'Do it. Everybody has got to do more with less.' Meanwhile, the HR staff has money in their budget to get together and celebrate birthdays every month!
