Multiple rounds of interviews with various associates and partners, overwhelmingly focused on my experience and a section available with each interviewer for questions about the firm themselves. Current interviews take place over zoom.
I interviewed with the New York office for an associate position in the corporate department. After an initial HR screening, the first 30 minute interview was with two lawyers with pretty standard questions about my prior experience, motivation for lateraling etc. There was no further callback interview
