Starts off with an email and phone screening outlining the position and what they're looking for. Before being pushed into the next steps, sometimes they ask for a portfolio or sample of what you've done. Second interview is pretty standard with someone on the team you'll be working with on Zoom. Third interview could be in person and include an examination or something a bit more casual through zoom with directors and other members on the team. Timeline can range from a week to a month in terms of what position you're applying for (professional staff wise). Ended up ghosting me in the end and honestly I'm glad. Stringing candidates along for weeks at a time and dangling a job offer over their heads is tasteless. Some of the "leadership" in the firm are very cold/robotic and sound rehearsed when they talk about the "welcoming" firm culture. Spend your time and energy on a different firm.

It was a two part interview. The 1st was very conversational in nature. The second was more serious but asked some of the same questions. Typical interview questions about current experience and what i would do in certain situations.
