Truly a waste of time. I read a similar review, post-interview that I wish I would have read beforehand, detailing that H&L took so much time that you will never be able to get back. I interviewed with HR, and for the second interview, they make you come in-office to interview with the team. The interviewers took over an hour of my time & the next stage included two fairly vague writing assessments that also took hours which dictate if you will move to the next round. After sending those in, they completed ghosted me, which was surprising given how great and supportive the team seemed. I won't be applying to any other L&H opportunities
