The interview process took weeks and consisted of a standard recruiter screening followed by a hiring manager interview. During the recruiter screening, it was evident they were reading my resume for the first time on the call. The recruiter then proceeded to spend most of the time discussing unrelated topics. The hiring manager interview was sterile and lacked engagement. Notably, the hiring manager did not react to, or answer, any of my questions, and there was minimal discussion about my skills or experience. The overall experience suggested a disappointing lack of preparation from both interviewers.
