Interview
The Interview was straightforward. It was a two step process. First you meet with the Head Paralegal who is down to earth and asks you to complete a writing assessment in which you write a pretend email and also read and correct a paragraph for grammatical errors. In the second interview, I met with two partners who were also down to earth.

I had a phone interview then one in-person interview with the attorneys and office manager all at the same time. Then the office manager stayed and asked a few more questions.

Had interview with office manager, and the head partner and senior counsel of the practice. The position was for an entry-level paralegal. Just questions about education and prior work experience.

Multiple rounds with all attorneys in the department you'd be working in. Finished interview with hiring manager to answer any additional questions you have. Everyone is very nice throughout the interview.
