I was brought into a conference room where i sat with 2 sales managers. The process was pleasant compared to most interviews. They asked me various questions involving my interest in car sales, my experience in sales as well as my customer service excellence. In the middle of the interview i was given the opportunity to ask any questions i would like to know, at this time i inquired about the training they offer, sales targets, store targets and top salesperson on the lot.
straight forward, just checked if i was normal and can speak coherently. the whole interview was 20 minutes, job itself is sink or swim, a lot to handle but the pay varies how hard you work
