Interview
First it was a phone interview with the HR. It was a few basic questions like how I heard and if I have had previous banking experience. Then after the phone interview she said someone would be in touch for a personal interview. I then in about two days received a phone call from the manager for a interview. It was two interviews and I met with the manager and the assistant manger and then the second interview consist of the same people except they had the general manager sit in. After about 5 days I received a letter asking if I would like to except the position and that there were a few things I needed to do and fill out with my credit report. After I got all the emails filled out and my credit report explanation I was in! Training for two weeks and in the branch training for two weeks. It was a great training procedure and really got me prepared!
