Pros

Competitive wage, 401K, PTO and paid Birthday :) No Saturdays for in branch employees (frontline staff)

Cons

Committment to the teller role. High teller turnover and no float teller or part-time tellers. The 1 person off at time per branch is not ideal.

Their PTO procedure is horrendous. Only 1 person off per branch at a time and does not utilize their float staff.
