I absolutely enjoyed the people I talked with and the interview went amazing all two times. I really enjoyed their HR person as well. However, they elevate you to the final interview when they have INTERNAL CANDIDATES who they plan on hiring effectively wasting your time. They ask that your prepare something for the final interview as well. So they basically want your ideas and then just hire internally. I think hiring internally is great and every company does it. But stop elevating people to the final interview when you know you will be hiring internally and these companies know their plan to hire internal before even setting up the interviews. Just was a great process followed by “you were a great interview but we went internal”. I don’t know how much time you think I have in life but you wasted a few hours of it.
