Honor Credit Union interview questions

Communication was excellent. Received both first and second interviews in a timely fashion. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to. The position was simply not what I had expected it to be. HR was friendly and helpful as were the department managers.

This was interesting to say the least. The first round was with the VP and HR. They asked your typical questions and I gave answers. The final round was what got me. They asked that you prepare a project basically and present it. Everyone loves free labor so I did it. I literally got amazing feedback from HR but then they hired internally. So this company knew they were going to hire internally but wasted my time in advancing me to the final round. Then listened to all my ideas and likely used some of them. Wasted time having Hr call me and tell me they loved me but went internal. If you have an internal candidate, that you are going to hire (because come on, it always goes to the internal candidate) DO NOT WASTE SOMEONE’S time. It’s ridiculous and a waste of your time as well.
