I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at HonorHealth (Mesa, AZ) in Apr 2021
Interview
I applied through Indeed.com early in the morning on 04/12/2021. Same morning an HR recruiter contacted me for a 20min phone interview on 04/14/2021.
The HR recruiter wasn't rude but definitely didn't go out of his way to be friendly nor informative. More so a demeanor of "the paper (resume) says you fit this space, so lets get these generic questions over with". The entire phone interview took less than 15mins followed by him informing me to follow up with him if I don't hear from by by early next week.
My phone interview with the HR recruiter was on Wednesday 04/12. I did as instructed when Tuesday came and I received no word, I sent an email. Of course, not to my surprise, no response. Very disappointment to say the least on the acts of unprofessionalism. Potential candidates dedicate a lot time prepping for an interview, at the very least we should be treated with the same courtesy we give your organization. Thank you
HR recruiter wasnt rude but definfititly wasnt
