I was called on the phone. Asked about chest pain and got the job after 10 minutes. It was amazing. Most other people had to sit in a panel and answer a million questions.

Easy questions, lots of unit specific questions, and general healthcare questions related to the ICARE values. Did not get any sort of rejection letter when I didn't get it so if you don't hear from them don't hold your breath.

Tell us about a time you had to adapt to new technology in the workplace.
Very easy, interviewer made it very comfortable. Be ready for behavioral based questions and some situational questions as well. Bring a resume as well to provide to the interviewers. Ask questions at the end of the interview.
Spoke to a recruiter after passing online tests then interviewed via phone with a director. Basic interview questions reviewing prior work experience and future goals. Nothing unexpected or new from prior experience.
