Easy going, talked like it was normal conversation. Friendly management. Very easy to get involved in the interview. One of the easiest processes for me. Easy part was the onboarding process

Question 1
Do you work well with others in a low management work environment??
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at HonorHealth (Phoenix, AZ) in Oct 2023
Interview
Initially set up a phone interview with the recruiter who thought I was very qualified for the job, which the hiring manager even mentioned. I was than scheduled for an in-person panel interview. Typical interview ending with a tour of the pharmacy. I suppose my personality didn't fit or they might be looking for a unicorn employee, I'm not sure, and when I asked for feed back on the decision I did not get a reply back from the recruiter. My only complaint from the whole experience is the hiring manager seems to have very unrealistic expectations on a start date. I was okay with starting within a few weeks as she had mentioned, But, I knew it was unrealistic since it took the hiring manager over two weeks to even make a decision on me, and than there would have been background checks and drug screenings to complete.
