Applied online. Did a phone screen with the recruiter. Was invited to an in person panel interview. Interviewers were very welcoming and easy to talk to. Communication afterward was not the greatest. Heard back four business days after I was told I would that I did not get the job. They reached out again that week with a similar position they thought I’d be good for and called me a very strong candidate. I set up a next day panel interview, this time virtual. Again, was told I’d hear back either way via phone call by a certain date. It is now one week past that date and I have not heard back. All emails have gone unanswered.
