Phone interview with corporate recruting rep. Interview at plant level with plant manager and HR rep. Round Robin interviews with 3 reps from corporate office chain. These are done one on one and take up half of your day.

Initial interview was over the phone. Second interview was in Austin, MN. The second interview consisted with multiple short interviews with senior managers of the company. At the end of the interview a tour of the flagship plant was given.

Interview went as expected. Their interview process is very standard. You progress multiple interviews before they hire you. I met all the criteria and I was still not selected due to some bs explanation.
