I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Houzz in Nov 2015
Interview
The interview process was primarily about behavior and availability. There seems to be a high turnover rate at Houzz. The first interview was over the phone just asking if I am available or would still like the job. The second interview was through Skype with one of the hiring managers. In the Skype interview I was asked the usual questions. Things like "what are your weaknesses" or "explain a time when you took a leadership role" were asked.

Very straight forward and easy; they are looking for someone that fits their company's work ethic culture and ask about your involvement in previous organizations and your hourly availability per week. The interviews are conducted by people who are also in college or have graduated not too long ago. First is a phone call, followed by several Hangouts Video interviews with a employees one-on-one.

Total of 3 rounds of phone interviews. First one, they just called without warning but the last 2, they will schedule it with you by email.
