Recruiter first emailed and scheduled for a phone interview. The call seemed rushed, and she didn't seem to care for my responses. They may have already had someone else in mind.

Why do you want to work for Houzz? Can you tell me about your past experiences?
Really enjoyable interview process. Everyone was really friendly, and the questions were easy to answer. Nothing about technical skills, just trying to get your know your personality to see if you fit into the culture!
First was a quick phone interview (making sure you were really interested in the job)
Then had an excel activity followed by a Skype interview, and which was more formal.

What was your favorite college class?
I received an email the day after applying asking to schedule a phone interview for the next day. It ended up being a 20 minute basic screening interview. I was basically told that the position would be extremely repetitive every day, inputing and editing data in Excel and sometimes reaching out to clients to resolve issues.
