Interview
I was interviewed about a week and a half after applying. I hoped that the interview would be more conversational. However, the way the interviewer was most interested in discussing my experience was very question-answer format.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1

What other marketing experience do you have?
First interview is a brief phone interview. Second interview was A one on one in person interview that was about 20 minutes. I didn't make it to the third round but she said it would have consisted of another interview with the hiring manager and a role playing portion

Interview
First, they emailed me to set up a phone interview. During the phone call they asked questions about yourself, where did you grow up, what did you like to do in college, etc. At the end of the interview the recruiter told me they would be setting up a in person interview. One day later I received an email to set up an in person interview with the recruiter. All interview times were during the week in the middle of the day. I then had a one on one in person interview with a recruiter. The recruiter made me feel at ease and comfortable. She asked the same questions as the phone interview but to elaborate more in depth. It seemed they are looking for people that have done extracurriculars in High School and College than someone who has had work experience that qualifies you for the job. I did not get any question that was job specific.

Every single glassdoor review about the interview is spot on.
-phone interview: general questions about why you're interested, what GPA you had in college, if you finished college in 4 years, what activities you were involved in.
-Open Houzz: 25 minute Houzz presentation talking about how great they are. Then a 5 minute one on one basically going over your resume really quickly
-Formal interview: again, asked a lot about college and activities.
I only made it to the 3rd round, but I'm sure another formal interview would have been scheduled if they had selected me.
They are looking for fun, hardworking, good looking, sorority girls.
Great perks and a decent salary for an entry-level position, but the interview process is unnecessarily dragged out. Good luck and congrats if you make it through.
