The interview was divided into several stages: 1) Informal talk with an R&D manager to discuss opportunities within the company; 2) Physcotechincal tests: 2.1) Sequences; 2.2) Calculations; 2.3) Interpretation of text. (Accuracy is valued as much as the number of correct answers given -- do not worry if you do not answer all questions, you are not supposed to) 3) Formal talk with 3 members of the company (including HR): what do you do with your free time, what do you want to do in the company, future prospectives, how do you deal with stress, how much do you want to get paid, etc; 4) Technical exercise: you are given a specific subject and you should prepare a 20 min presentation and answer questions during +/- 40 min about it. You will be asked different questions and you do not have to answer all of them correctly. Rather, you will be evaluated for your way of thinking and how you justify your rationale. 5) Final call with just the HR to discuss the salary and benefits
