The process is long and exhausting. Some interviewers have no clue about the product themselves as they couldnt answer my questions. It gives a bad overview of the type of people working there. Ironically, you are then asked as a candidate to present a platform you do not know + include new ideas. At the end, you get a rejection email yet. Meanwhile, it is a gain for them because not only does the company/interviewers can use your ideas but they can profit from it
