Phone interview with the HR, interview with the hiring manager, next was a case scenario role playing and Q&A.
Interviews were all scheduled promptly, HR did a good job in following up as well. Really appreciate them to keep you informed after each rounds on the next. steps
The process is long and exhausting. Some interviewers have no clue about the product themselves as they couldnt answer my questions. It gives a bad overview of the type of people working there. Ironically, you are then asked as a candidate to present a platform you do not know + include new ideas. At the end, you get a rejection email yet. Meanwhile, it is a gain for them because not only does the company/interviewers can use your ideas but they can profit from it
