I applied online. I interviewed at HubSpot (Cambridge, MA) in Feb 2021
Interview
The pretty typical interview process with both video interviews and over-the-phone interviews. Role-plays were required during the last interview but they are pretty straight forward and HubSpot prepares you well for them.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot (London, England)
Interview
nice and easy process, just prepare well do your research and you will be fine, roleplays involved but they give you a scenario to go off, no serious push back or objections they just want to see if you are coachable.
It was chill, they were super flexible. The roleplaying was weird. You needed to be fast but slow at the same time. Enough to understand painpoints but not long enough to bore them.

Interview
The lack of clear feedback from recruiters and hiring managers, combined with generic responses, has been highly disappointing. Additionally, the hiring manager appeared unfocused during the interview process, frequently shifting attention away from the candidate. This experience aligns with concerns highlighted in Glassdoor reviews about negative employee feedback regarding the company’s culture and internal practices.
