Dragged out process with four or five stages. Asked irrelevant questions in final interview and then seem surprised when you don't have a fantastic real world example. It seems as if the recreuitment department ae trying to keep themselves relevant with so many stages and ridiculous questions.
Well laid out start to finish. Quick turnaround time between interviews. A lot of information given for each stage. Not an abundance of feedback from final hiring managers interview. Overall process was professional

Interview
Way too long for entry level role, basically the same interview 4 different times answers the same questions over and over. Easy interview but incredibly tedious and lots of wasted times throughout the 3-4 weeks.
Screening then with hiring manager typical cold call rehearsal, minimal pushback heavy emphasis on culture nothing exciting.
Overall the interview was a pleasant experience even though I declined in the end due to opposing offer
