HubSpot Senior Product Manager interview questions

Recruiter screen, HM screen, onsite (presentation of a past project, culture fit, engineering , design round) It sounded like a great team and culture based on reviews. The team found someone else a better fit for a role that I originally interviewed for. They suggested another role and I was ready to meet with the hiring manager role but the HM who I met spoke about a role that's totally different. It seemed like they didn't know what they wanted. They just had a extra round which seemed like a team fit convo but seemed like I was being assessed again and eventually I was rejected without even understanding the role and the scope of the new role.

It was rather subpar for such a large company. I was told I would advance and speak with the head of the group the following week. I was only told that the interview was rescinded 3 weeks after I was passed to the next round because I LinkedIn DMed the person I was supposed to have an interview with. After that, the recruiter reached out after ghosting me for weeks.
