electronic application submission makes it hard to even get a phone call. im not sure of their software they use to organize good applicants, but it sucks. it needs to be changed somewhat to include referrals from employees. the selection process makes no sense when you have qualified applicants. some applicants look great on paper and when they start work you have no idea you are working with someone totally different
