Thorough and engaging process overall, but lengthy. First, there was a short phone interview, followed by the in-office interview with 4-5 employees a week later. I spent almost 3 hours interviewing in the office. The questions were fairly basic and ones I expected but some were challenging, as I had to describe past situations and provide very specific examples. The major concern is whether the candidate will be a good culture fit or not, and if they have the right level of experience for the job, is also critical.
