I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Humana (Jacksonville, FL) in Mar 2024
Interview
First, I did a recorded interview and went to the next stage which I interviewed with two hiring managers. One was late so we started a few minutes behind. The interview questions were normal and easy. They told me they would call me personally to let me know whether they wanted to move forward or not. Instead, I received an automated rejection "Thank you for applying with us" email that I received for just applying and not interviewing. I am shocked that this is how they reach out to somebody who's interviewed to notify them they didn't get the job. How unprofessional as an employer!
