process started with an on-line posting. efforts to network in were not successful. over 90 days later got a call from hr extremely interested and wanted to set up a phone interview. immediately after the phone interview they wanted to bring me in for an interview. it took them over 10 days to follow-up and then they wanted it within a few days. turned schedule upside down to accommodate and did not move the interview when a better company wanted the same day. That was a mistake. went in for the interview and like the the phone interview it was how great they were and maybe 3 questions specific to me. spent 60 min on phone and 60 minutes in person but little probing. they were just promoting how great they were. advice - interviewers are not well trained. take initiative and do not worry about being a listner.
