Very disappointed in Humana. Fairly typical experience - first answered a few detailed questions via email, then a phone interview with the Humana recruiter followed by two video interviews with hiring manager and prospective team interviews. The video interviews were quite pleasant and went very well. I came away thinking that I had a very good chance at receiving a job offer. Then radio silence. The recruiter that I was working with had been very slow and difficult to get a hold of during scheduling, and now I've emailed her 3 times over a month+ and have not received a response. I would have appreciated any feedback at all, even a rough timeline for a final decision. What is wrong with these recruiters? Do they not realize how tough and stressful it is for candidates going through this process? How a candidate might be interviewing for what they think/hope could be their dream job only to be treated so poorly and unprofessionally? I expected better from Humana.
