Interview was held at a hotel in Leeds. Overall it took around 45-50 mins and I was done.
The interview process asked basic actions which I have listed below, all every straight forward.
The second part of the interview was a 30 min assessment which consisted of 4 parts:
1) Mathematical, a bar-chart was shown and questions were like what was how much more did product A sell than product B.
2) Multiple choice behaviour questions and you had to circle the right one.
3) Proof reading for errors. A latter was given and you had to highlight 10 mistakes which were quite straight forward like you’re instead of your in places.
4) letter writing exercise. In this part we were given a letter from a customer who had been charged for a d/d for which they had asked to cancel.
Start by apologising to the customer and inform them that we will refund them.
