Interview
Had to write a quantitative and qualitative test. This included basic math and english questions.
Also had to write a letter regarding a customer's complaint on unsatisfactory services.
Overall quick and easy process.

Question 1
Face to face interview which was just about your CV and personality fit.
Anyone could pass the interview, didn't take much preparation. Was not fond of having an interview in a room that had other applicants being interviewed in the same room too.
I was invited to an assessment day which took place in the Double Tree Hilton Hotel in Leeds. Staff were present in the reception and guided me to the waiting area. After a brief interview which felt like having a general chit-chat, we were asked to complete a basic numeracy and literacy task.
