Clearly not interested - based on personal appearance - is he/she someone I want to party with, hag out with - job qualifications were secondary at best - Hyatt hires not based on experience rather based on appearance resulting is a poorly trained staff that mostly 'hoofs' it until the learn the ropes.

O processo seletivo ocorreu enquanto ainda estava empregado em outra empresa, informei as restrições dos horários as entrevistas foram agendadas dentro da minha possibilidade. As informações foram claras, fui muito bem orientado e instruído durante todo o processo. A orientação feita no primeiro dia é incrível, dinâmica e interativa, permite conhecer o ambiente de trabalho (além da área de atuação), contando com o depoimento de diversos funcionários em um ambiente confortável e receptivo (Sala de Treinamento). Gostei muito do interesse do Hotel em conhecer o possível candidato, além das qualificações profissionais.

Initially, I was excited about the opportunity. The people were pleasant and offered a decent interview environment, but were 30 minutes late, but did not offer an apology. I thought that was unusual.
