I was given an interview at Edge Systems through a job agency. The first interview consisted of meeting with the person who would be my supervisor. This process took about an hour and a half. She proceeded to call my references while I filled out some paperwork for a background check. Two weeks later I was asked to come back in for a second interview that was almost 4 hours long. I interviewed with the same person as last time and because the CEO of the company was not around at that time I interviewed with 3 other people until he arrived. I asked when I should expect to hear from them and the person who I met initially said she would let me know before she went on vacation. If not she will let me know after she came back. Which would be 3 or so weeks from that day. The whole process was extremely exhausting. I interviewed with them twice for a total of 5 hours, and it took them a really long time for them to get back to me. I did not get an offer. After the second interview I never heard from them.
