Working atmosphere - Free Hydrafacial treatment - Free unlimited access to room full of sweets and chocolates.

Cons

Long working hours, management detachment from daily office life, disastrous management with unrealistic expectations and a lack of processes contribute to problems. Furthermore, different countries utilise various CRMs and ERPs. Very low salary.
