Got contacted 3 weeks after the submission deadline and was offered a same week phone interview dates with someone from the team. Great phone conversation, horrible follow up. Tried getting back in touch several times, no answer. This says a lot about the companies culture. If you can't have a decent follow up with your candidates, you have probably a quite bad culture.
