Interview
I got a call from the recruiter and she explained in detail what the job opening was for. We both agreed that the skill set and background I have was very similar. A couple days later recruiter called me and set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. A week later Panel interview was set up, Be ready to have a power point to show what you can bring to the table. After that solo interviews with the each member of the panel. I waited about 10 days to here back from them with the job offer.
