The interview process of this organization is quite funny. Apparently for the position of Tech lead (if you are above 5 years they give this title) you get interview by their General Manager. First round was telephonic- easy only domain questions Second round was in person - again domain (techno managerial) Now if you are unfortunate and get through the above two rounds you are forced to visit their campus in Hyderabad ( I am from Bangalore ) . Now starts the drama , do not be surprised if you get a call night before your plan to travel to prepare a presentation. Remember the HR would give you a sorry excuse saying it is a Korean interviewer so he needs it. Once you reach hyd the office is really a sorry place with uninterested employees who are forced to work like robots . Don't be surprised to encounter a deserted lobby on a weekday. Now the interview process again starts 3. Tech director- again domain 4. HR - Sorry hr who talks bad about his organization. 5. SOME RANDOM KOREN GUY takes one more round. You are asked to leave. If you are unfortunate again you get called for another round to Hyderabad to talk to their Hyundai mobis md. You don't get reiumbered for long, it takes months and that too they don't fully reiumberse. This is not just an individuals experience, happens to everyone,
