Didn't have and interview, was working as a temp. and offered the position when they knew my last day working with them was up that week. So therefore, because of the schooling i had they had offered me a position and i guess i was dependable and hardworking.

friendly staff, efficient HR. first phone interview by HR department. A week later received a call to come in for an in-person interview. The in-person interview consisted of meeting with my direct manager then my second in-person interview consisted of meeting with a direct colleague.

Interview process was long and drawn out. Some inappropriate questions during the Interview process(my sexual orientatio) Had to fly to NY one 5 different occasions to interview with various department heads and assistants.
